Terms & Condition

The Pocari Sweat Football Championship 2023 (“Event”) is co-organised by the Otsuka Pharmaceuticals (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“SGOP”) and Albirex Singapore (“Albirex”), collectively referred herein as the “Organisers”.

I acknowledge that by registering for this event, the team and the player voluntarily assume all risks in participating at this event and agree not to hold the Organisers or any individuals or organisations involved in organising liable for any claims arising out of any death, illness or injury, damage or loss, suffered or caused while attending this event, and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.

The Organizers reserve the right to capture photos and videos during the course of the event. After which, the Organizers reserves the right to use the images & videos for advertisement and other purposes.

The Organizers reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and/or time of the competition at its discretion due to inclement weather, facility problem or any other situation deemed as appropriate.
