- Delivery will generally be made to your doorstep.
- The driver may contact you by phone. Please provide a phone number that can be reached during the day.
- If you will not be at home on the scheduled delivery day, please ensure alternative arrangements, such as requesting temporary storage at the building entrance.
- If same-day delivery cannot be completed, an additional redelivery fee will apply.
